Hotels.com is apparently experiencing slow functionality because of upgrades to its website.

Some customers of the online hotel booking website are apparently experiencing searches that show hotels as having availability. However, users are unable to book the hotels because they do not actually have any availability, according to one customer experience.

A customer service representative acknowledged the glitch and said the company is working to remedy the situation. It is not clear when the website will be fixed.
