ATLANTA — The Sun Dial Restaurant, Bar & View offers perhaps the best view of Atlanta.
The restaurant sits atop the 73-story Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel and has been spinning guests since it opened in 1978. The Westin was the tallest building in Atlanta until 1987; it is today the fifth-tallest building in Atlanta and the tallest hotel in the Southeast.

Normal air traffic operations are resuming following an overnight outage to the FAA’s Notice to Air Missions (NOTAM) system that provides safety information to flight crews.
