College Football Hall of Fame to begin construction in January

ATLANTA — The College Football Hall of Fame is expected to begin construction in January on a new facility in Atlanta, the Atlanta Business Chronicle newspaper reported.

Currently located in South Bend, Indiana, the Hall of Fame in September 2009 announced its plan to move to Atlanta.

The new Hall of Fame is expected to open by late 2014 in a location near Centennial Olympic Park.
